Jörg Albertz or ‘The Hammer’ as he was affectionately known due to his explosive shooting was an incredible servant to Rangers for 5 years in the late 90s to early 00’s. His left foot was a weapon that is unrivalled and we’ve never seen someone with such shooting power. His all round game was as good as his shooting and he scored an impressive 73 goals in 203 appearances for the bears. As a Hall of Fame member, he’s absolutely considered a fully blown Rangers legend and this artwork pays homage to the great man.
